NASHVILLE, Tenn., May 7, 2024 – Onsite Women’s Health, the leading national provider of in-office breast health and imaging services, today announced the appointment of Michael McCooey as the company’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO). McCooey, who currently serves as Onsite’s Associate Chief Financial Officer, will replace current CFO Michael (Mike) Rockwal, who will retire in May 2024 after a 15-year career with the company.

“We are grateful to Mike for his 15 years of service and dedication to Onsite Women’s Health,” says Jillian Wright, chief executive officer of Onsite Women’s Health. “He has been a trusted and reliable leader of our finance team, guiding our company through remarkable growth.”

“As an existing member of our leadership team, Michael McCooey has demonstrated unwavering dedication to the success of our company – both operationally and financially,” continues Jillian. “His commitment to improving women’s healthcare while keeping our financial foundation strong is a testament to his suitability for the CFO role. I am confident in his ability to seamlessly transition into this position and continue the trajectory of our company.”

A graduate of Boston College and Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management, McCooey began his career as a financial analyst at Verizon in Atlanta, Georgia. He transitioned to Asurion Insurance Services in 2002 where he served in various financial and leadership roles for approximately two decades. Prior to joining the Onsite leadership team in 2023, McCooey was the Division Chief Financial Officer and Vice President at Wellpath Healthcare.

In his new role as Onsite’s CFO, he will be responsible for Onsite Women’s Health’s company-wide financial operations of the company’s 120+ locations in 25 states. Through its collaborative care model, Onsite partners with OBGYN and primary care practices to enable healthcare providers to offer comprehensive breast health and imaging services – including 3D screening mammography – within their practices. In addition, Onsite offers a tailored risk assessment to develop personalized care plans for women with a family history, lifestyle and other risk factors including genetics.

“I am excited about the opportunity to continue to serve Onsite Women’s Health in this new role,” said Michael McCooey. “Our mission is to empower women to take more control over their health, by providing convenient, in-office breast health and imaging services. I’m honored to be a part of this journey.”
